At this free event, kids will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities that merge history with contemporary themes. Special Attractions: Meet the Author and Enjoy Live Music
One of the highlights of this Pop-In event is a special presentation by author Kim Zachman at 11:15 a.m. Through her engaging storytelling, she’ll open up a world of food science that captivates young minds and inspires them to think critically about what they consume. Following her talk, kids can roll up their sleeves and partake in exciting food experiments that illustrate these principles in an enjoyable way.
To sweeten the experience, from 12:30 to 2 p.m., local music group Bach to Rock will perform live, providing a vibrant backdrop to the day’s events. Families can enjoy the mix of familiar tunes while children have a chance to lead the performances, ensuring a unique, interactive atmosphere.
